What our selection process look like ... First we determine the target and target group that my client needs and we define the position. We write an ad and advise where to advertise, on which portals. Then we make a selection and choose a certain number of people with whom we do an interviews. In the first interview, we check how someone fits into the values of the company, what are his attitudes related to the team, what characteristics he carries, how he reacts in certain situations, what soft skills he possesses. We pass on the personality test later. After this process, we select the 3-5 best candidates, we write a report on each and on the statistics related to the application of candidates.
