[Audio] Our review and analysis program for the first semester of CY 2023 revealed that, BFP Bangar Fire Station has 15 (fifteen) personnel: 9 male and 6 female. 1 male on FBRC training and another one on Detached Service at Regional headquarters which gives us a total of 13 personnel. 5 personnel per shift: 3 males, 2 females...

[Audio] The slide presents the data of the Fire Safety Inspection. It has seen a 130.32% increase in Fire Safety Inspections this year, surpassing the target set for 2023. This is likely due to the substantial number of new establishments with Fire Safety Inspection Certificates, as well as the collaborative efforts of the business owners/clients. In addition, a breakdown of the safety inspections conducted per occupancy type can be seen. These results confirm the success of the program and its positive effects..

A positive variants of 130.32% in fire safety inspection has been recorded compare to the 2021 target with 1042 indicating a successful application of fire safety inspection certificate in new establishment. This achievement has been made possible  with the help of the supportive  bussiness  owners and clients we work with as seen in the breakdown. This Number show as shift towards the increase fire safety within the community and we anticipated this trend to continue in the future .

[Audio] We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of fire prevention at the Bangar Fire Station. During the first semester of CY 2023, we conducted a review and analysis of our Fire Prevention Program, setting a target of 9 total inspections. We exceeded this significantly, reaching 20 in total, leading to an accomplishment rate of 222.22%..

The Fire Prevention Inspection for the new building/occupancy in CY 2023 achieved an impressive result 222.22% surpassing its target of 9 inspection with 20 inspection. This exemplifies the efficiency of fire prevention inspection in upholding fire safety standards.

[Audio] The Bangar Fire Station has demonstrated their commitment to fire safety through their Program for the first semester of CY 2023. Our  data revealed an increase in inspection and fire code fees collected as compared to CY 2022. The comparative inspection data table showed a significant difference in the amount of inspections carried out, the percentage of accomplishment and fire code fees collected between the two years. The station achieved its goal for the semester, be it inspection or collection, making it a success for the this Station..

Comparative inspection data  indicates the 130.32% increase from 1,042 targets inspection to 2,637 by 2023. Correspondingly, this collected for fire codes increase 91.49% from PHP1,545,395.32 in 2022 to PHP2, 983,626.02 in 2023

[Audio] The Bangar Fire Station in La Union has seen remarkable results in its Fire Prevention Education Program in the first semester of CY 2023. Effective programs have been implemented and conducted to reach Residential houses and Mercantile Occupancy. As a result, the number of Fire incidents from Electrical connection, Lighted Matchsticks or Lighters has dropped to zero. The same holds true for Structural fires from Residential, Mercantile and Storage Occupancies where no incident has been reported in the first semester of 2023. The Station's efforts have contributed to the safety and security of the community..

[Audio] Fire safety is an important part of our society and Bangar Fire Station has worked hard to ensure the protection of our community. This past semester, they made great strides in fire prevention. As the stats show ,the Bangar Fire Station has achieved a 0% variance from CY 2022 - CY 2023 in causes of fire. This means that with the help of our program, no fires were reported in the first semester of CY 2023. This is a testament to their dedication and hard work and it serves as a reminder of how important it is to stay vigilant and proactive when it comes to fire safety..

This Figures demonstrate the effectiveness of the fire station efforts in raising fire safety      awareness among the local population .

[Audio] The Bangar Fire Station experienced no fire incidents, rescue operations, vehicular accidents, and medical cases during the first semester of CY 2023, compared to the same period in CY 2022, due to their successful implementation of their fire safety program. This includes effective information dissemination about fire safety, conducting house to house fire safety awareness campaigns, and regular inspections of business establishments, all of which have proven to be effective and had a positive impact on the local community..

During the 1 st  Semester CY 2023, There were no Fire incidents, rescue operations, vehicular accidents and medical cases in comparison to the same period in CY 2022. This is likely due to successful implementation of the Fire Safety Awareness Campaign, regular inspection of businesses and effective sharing of information from our Fire Safety Inspection Team.

[Audio] A fire drill and demonstrations, as well as an Information Campaign, have been conducted to educate the community about fire safety, resulting in a total accomplishment of 246. These programs are helping the community with fire prevention and suppression, aiming to safeguard the lives and properties of the people of Bangar..

Workshops for the Community Fire Protection Plan and organization of Fire Auxiliary Group were carried out during the 1 st  quarter of this  year. BFP La Union recorded  3 trained and organized Barangay, ready and prepared as partners in fire prevention and fire suppression efforts. Activities such as House to House survey, lecture, fire truck visibility, distribution of flyers, and media engagements for information dissemination were also conducted. For the Open house, fire station was opened to the public. Visitors were given a tour around the station familiarizing them with BFP Equipment.

[Audio] We, the BFP Bangar recognize the significance of making the permit application process as easy as possible. To that end, we have established a Business One Stop Shop open from January to February yearly. This single, central site allows local businesses to submit their applications, pay, and acquire required licenses, clearances, permits, and authorizations within one simple transaction. Through introducing this efficient and straightforward approach to permit processing, we aim to decrease administrative burden on local businesses and support the economic development of our area..

A Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) is a single, central location that is used by an LGU's Business Permit and Licensing System (BPLS) to accept and process applications, collect payments, and issue licenses, clearances, permits, or authorizations that have been authorized.

[Audio] Earthquake drills are an integral part of the program at BFP Bangar Fire Station. To ensure the team is ready for any emergency situation that may occur, drills are conducted four times a year on a mandatory basis. The drills utilize the latest techniques and tactics to ensure the team is proficient in handling emergency situations. As part of our commitment to providing the highest standard of  safety and protection for the community..

[Audio] The Personnel of Bangar Fire Station are keeping a close eye on water levels in the event of a typhoon. By doing so, they are endeavoring to reduce the risk of harm to those living in the surrounding areas, and to also be able to respond promptly and effectively in an emergency. It is thus essential to be prepared for any eventuality when it comes to typhoons..

[Audio] The BFP Bangar is dedicated to promoting the importance of fire safety and prevention. Every March, we undertake initiatives aimed at raising public awareness on the matter. During the first semester of CY 2023, we conducted a thorough review and assessment of our fire prevention program. To increase understanding, we conducted events and activities tailored to the needs of the local communities. Our fire suppression teams also went through several drills to ensure their readiness in case of an emergency. Furthermore, we made sure that our fire safety systems had the enough equipments and were able to provide protection to those in need. We are united in our mission to guarantee the well-being of our home..

[Audio] The BFP Bangar Fire Station participated in eliminating drug addiction and illicit trafficking in the nation. The program has two main components - firstly, to create public awareness of the dangers of drug use and to provide people with information on modalities for prevention; and secondly, to provide effective rehabilitation and support for individuals with substance abuse issues. All components are crafted to ensure the program efficacy and success in tackling the problem. The Bangar Fire Station is devoted to making sure that La Union citizens have access to the best possible resources for battling drug abuse and illicit trafficking..

[Audio] The BFP Bangar Fire Station recently had the ability to construct a garage due to special funding from the Local Government Unit for the first semester of 2023. This is a testament to the dedication of local officials and the hard work of Fire Station personnel in striving for our mutual goal of keeping our citizens safe. The project highlights the strength of our collaboration with the LGU, allowing the Fire Station to better serve the public. We will carry on seeking their assistance to more efficiently serve the community in the future..

[Audio] The  Bureau of Fire Protection Bangar Fire Station in La Union highlighted the actions taken and requests made during the first semester of CY 2023. A brand-new firetruck was requested to ensure the safety of the community and its firefighters. Furthermore, there were requests for assistance with personnel, communication equipment, and additional computer and printing supplies. Our Station expects an ASAP turnaround of the requests in the current calendar year..

They have also asked for communication equipment, particularly while responding to fire alarms, as well as additional computer sets and printer

All the requests have been forwarded to the higher office for further processing.
