About the role Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the building and maintaining my client's brand through media relations, thought leaders, content writing and press release writing. Using both traditional and social media channels you will focus on supporting my client as market leader. You will Manage ongoing media relations and run regional and national media campaigns Perform ongoing research and analysis on trending topics, industry experts and collaboration opportunities Facilitate, coordinate and help to develop any applicable speaking (podcasts, webinars, etc ) or award submissions Create content briefs which include suggested backlinks and industry research for the team of SEO writers Write industry pieces or latest news for the blog and newsletter..
About you You're creative, with a strong background in journalism and communication. You're someone who loves to think outside the box, keep pulse on what is being talked about in NDIS and Aged Care and dig into the depths of Google to find traditional and untraditional PR opportunities and brand moments. Essentially, you'll have a consumer eye in the care space. You will bring Demonstrated Public Relations, Communications and/or Journalism experience Proven ability to build strong relationships with press Existing press relationships within the Australian market Strong copy writing skills Enthusiastic and adaptable team player Ideally your experience will have come from healthcare/Home Care/Aged Care/Disability Care This is a 3 day part-time role and we can work out what that looks like.
