To achieve this, the process part of the study will involve a tows-Swot Analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model Analysis, Supply and Demand Analysis, surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions. [Audio] We have the pleasure of speaking to you today about the research grants, benefits, and incentives available to research proponents at MSEUF-Lucena City. As a principal investigator, I have had the privilege of receiving multiple research awards from the university and can attest to the benefits that these awards have brought to my research program. The amount of the research award varies and is dependent on the nature of the problem and the breadth/scope of the proposed research design. For example, a research project that involves a comprehensive analysis of the tertiary and post-graduate education industry in the Lucena City area may receive a larger award than a smaller, more focused project. In addition to the monetary awards, MSEUF-Lucena City also offers benefits such as deloading/unloading with pay to research proponents. This benefit is available to researchers depending on the nature and breadth of their research work, as well as the time frame of the project and as requested by the research proponent subject to University guidelines and policies. Another benefit of conducting research at MSEUF-Lucena City is the award of merit points for faculty ranking and promotion of completed researches. These points are granted to faculty members to further demonstrate the University's support for the research production of the faculty. Faculty members with completed research work (institutionally funded or commissioned) will also have the opportunity to publish their research in the M-S-E-U-F Research Studies, the official refereed research journal of the MSEUF. Finally, research proponents at MSEUF-Lucena City will also have the privilege of being featured as speakers in the Research Colloquium, an academic gathering held once a year and organized by the Office of the VP for Academics and the DCAVKMI. The colloquium serves as a forum for the formal presentation and dissemination of institutional and commissioned researches of the faculty and for the academic discussion and possible utilization of the presented researches by the participants. In conclusion, we encourage all research proponents at MSEUF-Lucena City to take advantage of the research grants, benefits, and incentives that are available to them. These opportunities will not only help to advance your research program but will also contribute to the overall success of the university. Thank you for your attention, and we welcome any questions you may have..

First, as per the contract, a progress report shall be submitted to the DCAVRKMI on a regular basis. It is important that the progress report is submitted in a timely manner to ensure that the project stays on track and meets its agreed-upon timetable. Second, if a research project extends beyond the agreed upon timetable, a review shall be conducted by the University Research Committee. This review shall evaluate the project's progress and determine whether an extension of the deadline is necessary. [Audio] Good afternoon everyone, I am Dr Felix M Mercado, principal investigator of the market study of MSEUF-Lucena City as a tertiary and post-graduate education provider. Today, I will be discussing the termination of research projects as per our institution's policies. According to our policies, long overdue research projects may be terminated. A formal letter stating the termination shall be issued to the faculty concerned. In addition, upon the recommendation of the Research Coordinator and the Dean/Director/Principal, interested parties may assume the completion of the unfinished research project, subject to the terms and conditions of the University. For terminated research projects, the following shall apply: The faculty proponent shall reimburse the total amount of the grant within one month after termination; otherwise, the amount of the research grant shall be deducted from their salary in accordance with University policies. In cases where the proponent is working with a co-proponent/s, whatever part of the total amount of the research grant that went to the co-proponent shall be deducted from the salary of the main proponent should the research project be terminated due to delay. Such payment or reimbursement shall be paid in cash or check at the Accounting Office. In case of salary deduction, the faculty concerned can make arrangements with the Accounting Office. Thank you for your attention..
[Audio] Good afternoon everyone, I am here to present on the authorship and publishing process for research outputs under the Faculty Research Program of Manuel S Enverga University Foundation (M-S-E-U-F). According to the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, any research output generated through the Faculty Research Program of M-S-E-U-F is copyrighted by the author/researcher. These outputs are protected under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, which was enacted in June 1997. Under the Faculty Research Program of MSEUF, the researcher is the sole author of the research project. However, the completed research project is published in its entirety at the M-S-E-U-F Research Studies. If a research output is to be published in a journal that is not owned by the university, permission from M-S-E-U-F is required. This should be done in writing, directed to the president through the VP for academics, and a copy of the letter should be furnished to the DCAVRKMI. Presenting research outputs in seminars, conferences, research forums, and other academic gatherings outside M-S-E-U-F requires written permission from the VP for academics and/or the university president. Thank you for your attention..
