By opening portal the web guide(tutorial) takes you to a section

Where student uploads all the required documents like Aadhar and 
to get scholarship based university they need to upload their result 
based on their study field and to get scholarship based on income 
they need to upload income certificate for verification  and they 
check their eligibility criteria to get scholarships.

After uploading the documents they undergo verification and after  all

documents verified they will get  registration credentials.

By using the registration credentials they get to know their eligibility

and they get all the information like in which college they get 
scholarship and the amount of scholarship you are eligible for and 
the information about the university in tabular form so that you can 
contact them.

If the documents are not verified they can check the reason for not

accepting their certificates so they can correct the mistakes and 
can re-upload the certificates
