[Audio] part thickness is 1.5mm, Glass thickness is 5mm, Distance between glass to part is 2.8mm. Using power copy we are going to make a Rubber welt to hold the glass to BIW. Already we created a power copy file with the welt profile and saved it separately. For using the power copy we first need to highlight our INPUTS for power copy. Inputs are Projected curve on surface for the profile ( Spline or guide curve) , Plane for Profile to follow along the guide, Point for identifying the centre of sketch, Surface for aligning the direction of welt After we select the following inputs we can directly load the rubber welt 3d solid part in our current model. Profile/Sketch of the welt design can be changed and updated based on the modifications and requirement of the project. This will help us in saving the time to create a solid part for multiple areas and attritions of the project..
