Scene 3 (1m 9s)

[Audio] Power Automate is a cloud-based workflow engine that democratizes intelligent automation by empowering everyone to seamlessly build secure, automated end to end solutions . It is basically a Software as a Service process designer and orchestrator..

Scene 4 (1m 26s)

[Audio] There are n number of uses of Power automate. Let's look into a few of the uses . Using Power Automate we can automate business processes, business transactions that are time consuming and repetitive in nature. We can create automated workflows like sending email notifications when a new file has been added to the document libraries . Create scheduled flows like sending email remainders for past due tasks and move data between systems on a scheduled basis. Also, you can connect your favorite apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications and collect data.

Scene 6 (2m 20s)

[Audio] Power Automate bridges the gap across on- premises and cloud .There could be situations , where you would like to work with Windows and Terminal applications , applications that have no APIs . These are the scenarios where the Robotic Process Automation plays a significant role. That is RPA/ UI Automation also known as Desktop Flows. Power automate desktop allows you to do those Robotic Process Automation jobs..

Scene 7 (2m 51s)

[Audio] The 2 key components of Cloud Flows are trigger and actions. The trigger in short could be called , the event which starts the cloud flow. Action is the actual taks which you want the flow to perform. There can be scenarios where you have to apply certain conditions , based on which the steps have to be executed ..

Scene 8 (3m 14s)

[Audio] Let's look into a demo on building a cloud flow using Power Automate!.

Scene 9 (3m 23s)
