The reason why I chose the following artifact is because of the way it simply explains Growth Mindset. What I learned is that if you change your words to things such as: Yes I did it, I will do it, I can do it. Your mindset will modify and will lead you to better success. By establishing new thoughts and altering your thinking from a bad to a good mindset, you are going from a fixed -> to growth. Ultimately succeeding  and growing.

I chose “transfer guides” by college because of the valuable information it gave me. I got to see different universities and options. This helped me get more background knowledge and narrow down where I want to possibly transfer.

Another resource I used was, “Transfer guides by major” it was also similar to guides by college. It gave me more information and talked about different programs at the university. It helped me incredibly and also helped me with choosing.
