Scene 3

Region wise unique Helpline numbers to be available ((08061972589 -Jeewana / Jeewan Export / Tharad) Helpline Operators to be available from 8am to 6pm. Helpline Operators count to be defined by the Farmer Engagement Team. Helpline Operators should ensure the working of Kaleyra calling Software which is used for the Phoning operations. The Farmer Engagement team should publish the Pitch document helpful for addressing the Farmer’s concerns. (Pitch Script for Jeewana)

Scene 4

Farmer calls the Slot Booking helpline to check slot availability.If the requested slot is full, the operator will suggest alternative dates. If the farmer insists on the original date, their contact details will be shared with the Supply team for further follow-up. Once the slot becomes available, the operator will collect the following details from the farmer: Name Phone number Expected arrival time Type of load (Crate or Heap) Approximate number of crates or weight (for heap load) Farmer’s location and distance to mandi Vehicle type (Own or Rented) Type of product quality (Full premium, more defective, or mixed variety)

Scene 5

All data will be entered into the respective Google Sheets. Once the slot is booked, an acknowledgement will be sent to the farmer’s WhatsApp number. Helpline service providers will call farmers to ensure they reach the mandi on time. Farmers can pre-book slots up to 3 days in advance. If more than 3 days in advance, the farmer will be informed about the booking policy. For slot changes or cancellations, farmers will call the helpline. The operator will verify the farmer’s name and phone number, and make the changes. For slot changes, the operator will follow the same process as for new bookings. For re-confirming a booking, farmers will contact the helpline. The operator will verify name and phone number to support the re-confirmation.

Scene 6

Slot booking team should publish the slot booking MIS report to the respective slack group before one hour of arrival starts. Samples:
