Scene 1 (0s)

[Audio] Good morning everyone. Today, we are going to discuss the PML Transfer Process and the various flags to be checked and requests to be followed in order to ensure that the formulas are correctly transferred. Let's get started..

Scene 2 (15s)

[Audio] The process of transferring IPCs from one primary manufacturing location (PML) to another is demonstrated in this slide. Requests to move the 30c, 30f, 30s, and 30g IPCs will be received from a requestor. After submitting the necessary documentation, the transfer will be approved and the IPCs will be moved to the new PML. This process ensures that all IPCs are transferred safely and securely to their new location..

Scene 3 (49s)

[Audio] We are covering the PML Transfer Process and the conditions that must be met before initiating the transfer process. To ensure successful transfer, we need the Creative Center of Origin to approve the requested IPC and for the FAD to review the product data screen in IFFMAN to verify that certain flags are not set..

Scene 4 (1m 15s)

Do Not Use / Archive flag. Transfer is not allowed.

Scene 5 (1m 39s)

[Audio] Once a request for 303/30F/30U IPCs is made, it must be sent to Neuilly FAD for further processing. The FAD of the requestor's location has to collate all of the required authorizations before going ahead with the formula transfer..

Scene 6 (2m 19s)

[Audio] The PML Transfer Process slide outlines the exceptions for when no approval from the Trustee or CC Director is required. This is laid out in the Exception Table which specifies that, for China, Singapore, India, EAME, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, North America, U.S, or Canada, a transfer can proceed without approval if it has already been transferred to a different site, or it fulfills certain conditions such as a sample request for China or Singapore, or if the Trustee is PST or GPIC. Additionally, formula transfers for P&G FAD to five designated sites require approval from P&G accounts prior to transfer..

Scene 7 (3m 5s)

[Audio] Once the trustee's approval has been obtained, the next step is including the PML in the head formula. To ensure that the sub formulas have been correctly transferred, selecting the 'Exploded PML' option should reveal an 'X' sign next to the subs. If so, simply highlight the 'X' and click the 'Grant' button in the bottom right corner..

Scene 8 (3m 29s)

[Audio] After a BOM migration is checked in PR1 (ZBOMASSGN), the FAD must reply to the requestor confirming the transfer was successful. If the requestor is from Neuilly, the Neuilly FAD must be copied into the email. The slide displays a table containing the PML that is attached to the cost book, plant and sample lab plant, listing the corresponding PMLs..

Scene 9 (4m 13s)

[Audio] We come to the conclusion of this presentation, we would like to thank everyone for taking the time to go through our demonstration of the PML Transfer Process. We have enjoyed showing you how this process works and discussing how it affects your business. Thank you again and we wish you a great day..
