ACCOMPLISHMENTS. Founded PNPA Lakan Retirees Association, Inc. Registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Requested the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association, Inc. (PCCAI) under the leadership of the late Dr. James G. Dy to support PLRAI yearly nationwide by giving recognition to outstanding Lakan during Alumni Homecoming by way of awarding Plaque of Recognition and token of monetary consideration. MOA with the PCCAI by providing free hospitalization to graduates of PNPA in line of duty (1st recipient was the late PSSupt Gorgonio Rosero, Provincial Director of Catanduanes who was ambushed and hit in the head that needs surgical operation to survive)..
