🏥 Donor Center Rules. Professional Conduct: Treat donors and colleagues with respect Dress Code & PPE: Follow center dress code and wear required PPE at all times Cleanliness & Safety: Keep all areas clean, sanitized, and organized HIPAA & Privacy: Protect donor confidentiality and data No Cell Phones on Floor: Personal devices should be used only on breaks Follow SOPs: Adhere to all standard operating procedures Report Issues Immediately: Notify a supervisor about safety concerns or incidents Policy Reminder: Failure to follow manager instructions may result in corrective action.

📝 PTO Request Policy. • PTO request forms are provided to all staff • Forms must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the schedule is posted • After the schedule is posted, it is non-negotiable (changes only for emergencies with approval) • Goal: Ensure fair scheduling and proper coverage for donor flow.

⚠️ Insubordination Policy. • Definition: Refusal to follow reasonable manager or supervisor instructions • Examples: Ignoring assigned tasks, speaking or acting disrespectfully, refusing to cooperate • Consequences: Documented verbal/written warnings, corrective action up to and including termination • Goal: Promote a respectful, safe, and compliant work environment.

⏱️ Break Policy Reminder. • Excessive breaks are not allowed: Staff must stay in their designated work area during shift hours • Quick bathroom breaks are allowed but should be brief • Food and drink should only be consumed during scheduled breaks in designated areas • Remaining on the floor ensures donor flow and productivity • Repeated or extended unscheduled breaks may result in corrective action.

📑 SOP Compliance Reminder. • Follow SOPs: All staff must follow SOPs at all times • Consistency: SOPs ensure donor safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance • No Shortcuts: Deviating from SOPs can cause compliance issues and safety risks • Accountability: Failure to follow SOPs may result in corrective action • Goal: Keep operations consistent and audit-ready.

🖊️ Concurrent Documentation. • Definition: Document activities in real-time as you perform them • Why It Matters: Ensures accuracy of donor and product records, maintains compliance with FDA and GMP standards • Best Practices: Complete entries immediately after each step, never document in advance, use clear and legible handwriting • Accountability: Corrections must follow SOP (single line, initials, date), late entries must be explained if required • Goal: Ensure records reflect the actual process for safety and audit readiness.

🔄 Cross-Training & Staffing Flexibility. • Cross-Training is Key: Employees are trained in multiple areas of the center • Reassignments: Staff may be pulled to other areas as necessary to keep operations running smoothly • Goal: Maintain donor flow, meet collection targets, and push production as necessary • Teamwork: Flexibility helps share the workload and meet center goals • Reminder: Be prepared to assist where needed and communicate with leadership if concerns arise.

🤐 Professional Conduct Reminder. • No Internal Issue Discussions in Work Areas: Keep workplace concerns and disputes out of donor-facing areas • Maintain Professionalism: Always present a positive, professional image to donors • Use the Right Channels: Bring concerns to Management in private, appropriate settings • Goal: Ensure a calm, welcoming environment for donors and a respectful space for coworkers.

🧼 Personal Hygiene Expectations. • Cleanliness: Arrive to work clean and well-groomed • Uniform & PPE: Wear fresh, laundered uniforms and proper PPE • Hand Hygiene: Wash hands frequently and use sanitizer as required • No Strong Scents: Avoid strong perfumes, colognes, or smoke smell • Professional Image: Maintain a neat appearance at all times for donor comfort and safety.
