However, People of all ages focus on sustainability.  O n average Danes spend 16,2 % of their disposable income on organic products. This has risen by 10 % over the last 10 years  a nd is expect to grow further nationally and internationally.

The Total Available Market  - TAM      In Phase  One  we have decided to focus on land within the rage of 0.1 to 15 hectares.  Agricultural land makes up two thirds of Denmark's area. COMPETITION Our main competitor SEGES is developing a CO2 calculation tool based on the immediate economical demands of large industrial farms. We believe they have not considers the importance of usability.

FLASH BACK Stålbæk Gård ApS has been working in direct collaboration with Groove Inc  ApS to create a variable scope LCA for the creation of Denmark’s first CO2 Neutral Beef Farm. The aim of this LCA was to develop a viable model for CO2 neutrality and as such has laid the foundation for the calculation tool “Your Footprint”. This Scope Variable Life Cycle Analysis and CO2 neutrality model can now be used to build an online app and trading platform for the sales and exchange of Carbon credits in the Danish market.
