DIGITISATION/IT INITIATIVE. 2. SETTLEMENT BOOKLET AND HRMS BOOKLET INTEGRATED WITH QR CODES:- The Settlement Booklet and HRMS Booklet integrated with QR Codes prepared by Personnel Department. An innovative and austerity measure adopted by Personnel Department for publishing these booklets through integrated QR Codes which will facilitate employees to assess/download with ease and it will also save paper. The short description of booklets is as under:-  Settlement Booklet 2021 :- To facilitate Railway employees and their families in trouble-free settlement as the booklet throws light on various aspects of retirement and would prove to be of great use to all Railway men. The compiled information regarding retirement, its procedure, benefits applicable to retiring employees and their families in a simplified manner is brought out in this booklet to enable smooth retirement to Railway employees.  HRMS Booklet 2021:- To provide immediate guidance to all the employees, as HRMS has become a very essential part of every Railway Employee’s life. There are various modules in HRMS like Pass, PF Application and APAR which will be regularly used by Railway employees in their service. All HRMS modules are explained in this booklet to facilitate the staff in trilingual (Hindi, English & Marathi)..

DIGITISATION/IT INITIATIVE. 3. TRAINING IMPARTED:- An online training imparted on Advance Excel to 100 Staff including Officers enrolled and successfully completed the said online training. Microsoft Power BI introduction training online classes was imparted for 100 staff including officers. An online training program organized for 110 Officers and staff of MMCT Division in collaboration with Xbillion for capability building. This training program based on the *World Economic Forum's report - Future of Jobs which identified sets of skills which will be required in 21st Century at Workplace in the Public sector/Government. The course is around 45 minutes per day and is of 75 hours duration and administered online with flexible timings..
