Scene 11 (4m 18s)

ETHAN:  Where are you going Dylan?   DYLAN:  I am going to the field in sports complex.   ETHAN:  What do you do there?   DYLAN:  I play tennis there with my friend, Grei .   ETHAN:  Do you play tennis every day ?

Scene 12 (5m 12s)

DYLAN:  Yes, It keeps my body and mind fit. Taking part in sport can help us feel fitter, healthier and mentally strong, and that is just the start of it. Sport can also be fun, especially when played as part of a team or with family or friends.  Do you play any game or engage in any fun activities Ethan?   ETHAN:  Yes off course.   DYLAN:  Which games do you play ?

Scene 13 (6m 33s)

ETHAN:  I am not fun of any outdoor activities but I play chess, scrabble and the general’s game it keeps me away from any pressure, the Positive feelings and thoughts, like the laughter and enjoyment that always fight my stress and boost my immune system too.    DYLAN :  Whoa! That’s Great! I think engaging fun games or sports or maybe recreational activities are essential for good health.   ETHAN:  You are right, Games, sports or Recreational activities are essential for everybody .

Scene 14 (7m 56s)

DYLAN : Yeah! I agree with you bro. don’t do you know that recreational activities has two categories namely Indoor and Outdoor activities.   ETHAN: Yes, I know that too. Indoor activities can be done or performed inside the room or inside the class. It requires less space, hence can be managed behind the door. Like what I am playing, chess, scrabble and General’s Game. Indoor activity also includes writing, watching TV, Solving problems or any activity inside a room that promotes enjoyment.

Scene 15 (9m 39s)

DYLAN : You are right!. I want to share also the 2nd type of recreational game. The outdoor activity, engaged in out of doors, most commonly in natural settings. It involves exceptional excitement, physical challenge, or risk, it is referred as "adventure recreation" or "adventure training" like camping, hiking, we can also include sports which are done outside like soccer or it can be outdoor swimming . ETHAN : Very well said, Dylan.

Scene 16 (11m 19s)

DYLAN  : But some people do not engage themselves in any activities. Some are also abusing the welfares of doing such activity. Like, playing video games. Children’s now a days play games until midnight. It’s not healthy at all, they ruin their physical, emotional, mental and social health. It’s not good for the body. They do not realize the importance of recreational games . ETHAN:  Yes, Such people always suffer from one or the other ailment .

Scene 17 (13m 1s)

DYLAN:  You are absolutely right, Ethan.   ETHAN:  I think, recreational activity for all families should be made compulsory with proper restrictions either in indoor and outdoor especially we have this global pandemic. This will help them reduce stress, anxiety, longing to their family members and mental health problems.

Scene 18 (14m 15s)

DYLAN:  I agree. Recreational activities will keep each family a healthy and teach them discipline. Also they are enjoying, finding leisure and always compose themselves with fun moment’s together.   ETHAN:  Discipline is very essential for the progress of an individual as well as the nation as a whole.   DYLAN :  It is right said that all work and no play makes jack a dull boy.   ETHAN:  According to a saying, only a healthy mind can realize God.

Scene 19 (15m 57s)

DYLAN :  But a healthy mind can live only in a healthy body. For keeping a healthy body, recreational games are very important .   ETHAN:  recreational games also teach us the spirit of sportsmanship, unity and camaraderie.   DYLAN :  I agree with you. Recreational games also develop the quality of leadership among the students.   ETHAN:  Health is wealth, is an old saying. Therefore, to maintain our health we must do leisure or fun activities.

Scene 20 (17m 39s)

DYLAN :  Yes. You are right. May I take leave of you now? I am getting late for my tennis game.   ETHAN:  With great pleasure. I don't want to detain you.   DYLAN :  See you again.   ETHAN:  Good bye.   DYLAN:  Bye, bye.
