How to apply for COS (Change of Shift)?. Employee may apply for COS (Change of Shift Schedule) for specific dates.​ All submitted COS requests will flow directly to the Manager/AO of employee for approval.​ Note: Please note that it is crucial for your shift schedule to be added prior to web clocking or the regularize process. This is to ensure that your night differential and overtime payments are calculated correctly. Kindly ensure to select the “GBS” shift schedule..

How to Punch In and Punch Out. Web clocking allows the employee to do Punch IN and Punch OUT and captured the clock for attendances purpose.​ This Web clocking menu is only enabled on the current and previous day, and it will be disabled after 2 days.​ In case misses of Punch IN or Punch OUT, employee is required to submit “Regularize” request to be PRESENT on specific day..
