About Pallavan. Pallavan is a School managed by the Usha Nath Kapur Foudation, a family foundation of Mr. Arun Kapur, a well known Educationist. Pallavan schools were initially set up in 2001 in Delhi and Gurgaon as an early childhood development programme for children between the ages of 1.5 and 5 years.
