[Audio] About The Company Just to give you some insight into the company, the Phluid Phactory Group of Companies is divided into 3 main brands with the first being Phluid Phactory: 5 locations in Freeport 1 location in Nassau 1 location in Bimini 2 locations in Abaco We then have Grand Bahama Wines & Spirits and Freeport Liquors/Phluid Lounge both having one location in Freeport..

We promote freedom of expression and open communication. But we expect all team members to follow our code of conduct. You should avoid offending, participating in serious disputes, and disrupting the workplace. Confidentiality All employees must protect our company’s legality. They should comply with all environmental, safety, and laws. We expect you to be ethical and responsible when dealing with the company’s finances, products, and public image..

[Audio] Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are Not permitted on the company premises or in the company vehicles. It is our policy to prohibit smoking and vaping to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge. Protection of Company Property All team members should treat the company’s property with respect and care. You shouldn’t misuse company equipment or use it for your leisure. You should protect the company facilities and other material property (for example, company cars) from damage and vandalism, whenever possible..

Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are NOT permitted on the company premises or in the company vehicles. It is our policy to prohibit smoking and vaping to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge.
 Protection of Company Property All team members should treat the company’s property with respect and care. You shouldn’t misuse company equipment or use it for your leisure. You should protect the company facilities and other material property (e.g., company cars) from damage and vandalism, whenever possible.

Clocking in and out is required at the beginning and end of shifts, you must also clock in and out for lunch breaks..

 Professionalism All employees must show integrity and professionalism in the workplace
 Hours of Work The workweek is generally from Saturday to Friday, with normal operating hours from [9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.]. Employees are scheduled to work 8 hour shifts with one hour for lunch.
 Clocking in & out  You are solely responsible for clocking in and out during your shift. Clocking in and out is required at the beginning and end of shifts, you must also clock in and out for lunch breaks.

Uniform shirts are available in the office and will be deducted from your salary. You should always present yourself accordingly, you are the face of the company and whom people interact with..

G B Wines Team Leaders & Shop Staff:  Black or Fuchsia Uniform shirts with black pants (only).  No jeans are permitted unless it is a designated T-Shirt Day. Freeport Liquors Team Leaders & Shop Staff:  Black or Red Uniform shirts with black pants (only). No jeans are permitted unless it is a designated T-Shirt Day. Office Staff: Any combination of black, white, grey, and royal blue. T-Shirt Day any color jeans and sandals are permitted. Valid Company identification must be always worn and visible. Each employee is required to have a company-issued Identification Card. All employees are required to wear their Company issued I D when they’re stationed at any location. Your I D must be visible and attached to your shirt. No employee is to have their I D hidden. These infractions are subject to verbal and written warnings. Your I D will be a part of your uniform and should be worn daily.
