Passwords should not be shared between users. If written down, password should be kept in locked drawers or other places not easily accessible. Disciplinary actions Our company may have to take disciplinary action against employees who repeatedly or intentionally fail to follow our code of conduct. Disciplinary actions will vary depending on the violation. Possible consequences include: Demotion. Reprimand. Suspension or termination for more serious offenses. Closed in shoes, peep toe is acceptable, no slippers, no sandals. Any combination of black, grey, or royal blue jackets and sweaters cannot cover the Phluid logo (please see HR Department if you need a jacket or sweater with the logo). T-shirts are Not allowed. (Only on t-shirt days when specified). No T-shirts on Sundays and Holidays. T-Shirt Day any color jeans and sandals are permitted. G B Wines Team Leaders & Shop Staff: Black or Fuchsia Uniform shirts with black pants (only). No jeans are permitted unless it is a designated T-Shirt Day. Freeport Liquors Team Leaders & Shop Staff: Black or Red Uniform shirts with black pants (only). No jeans are permitted unless it is a designated T-Shirt Day. Office Staff: Any combination of black, white, grey, and royal blue. T-Shirt Day any color jeans and sandals are permitted. Valid Company identification must be always worn and visible. Each employee is required to have a company-issued Identification Card. All employees are required to wear their Company issued I D when they’re stationed at any location. Your I D must be visible and attached to your shirt. No employee is to have their I D hidden. These infractions are subject to verbal and written warnings. Your I D will be a part of your uniform and should be worn daily.
