Our company likes to share updates on the state of JD Edwards at conferences and customer meetings. Since 2015, we have had 30 new releases of applications and/or tools, constantly adding new features and enhancements. In just the last year, we have introduced over 100 new features in both applications and tools, showcasing our dedication to continuously improving and innovating our product for our customers. We understand that not all customers may continuously adopt our enhancements, but we are able to see how they are taking advantage of the updates at conferences. Currently, we have over 940 customers using Orchestrator to automate business processes and integrate JDE with other solutions. We also highlight the importance of Cloud as an ally, with over 310 customers currently running their JD Edwards environment in OCI and over 420 customers utilizing SaaS applications alongside JDE. This accelerator allows Oracle JD Edwards customers to leverage the power of AI and ML technologies in their business without the need for building and training machine learning models or hiring additional expertise. It is an integrated solution that provides data-driven intelligence through dashboards, aiding in better decision making to address business challenges. The main benefit of this accelerator is that it eliminates the overhead of identifying and integrating multiple solutions, saving both time and resources for our customers. Additionally, the accelerator provides a user interface for our customers to ingest data from various sources, prepare and contextualize the data, and run it against pre-built and pre-trained machine learning models. The data can be ingested from structured, unstructured, and semi-structured sources, and is collected in a data lake. It is then contextualized based on the 5M's of manufacturing: manpower, machine, material, method, and management. The contextualized data is then used to generate insights, predictions, and feature significance. Our customers also have the flexibility to customize the machine learning models to suit their specific business needs, further enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of this AI/ML solution.
