After the M-4-D and O-Q-M convergence AWB convergence is taking place
What Changes you will see ?
From 22nd Aug you will see the Call Centre order in the O-Q-M-C instead of O-Q-M
O-Q-M will be limited for only W-O-S and M-W-O-S Orders
A new "Payment" column has been added to the O-Q-M-C order list page displaying the Tender ID type ( for example Smiles Smiles Cashless T-D-H Cash on Delivery Etc) When to Recall the order in the P-O-S-?
Cash on delivery ( MDS & M-D-S-C-) orders must be recalled in the P-O-S when the rider is present in the store
Same is applicable for the Smiles cash Smiles Cashless and T-D-H transactions
How to Tender in the POS ? Smiles cash Smiles cashless and T-D-H orders need to be tendered manually Cashless orders will be automatically released to the kitchen

How to Tender in the POS ?
 Smiles cash, Smiles cashless, and TDH orders need to be tendered manually  Cashless orders will be automatically released to the kitchen Please see the next slides

When to Recall the order in the POS?
 CashOD ( MDS & MDSC) orders must be recalled in the POS, when the rider is present in the store Same is applicable for the Smiles cash, Smiles Cashless and TDH transactions

What is new in the OQMC Page?
 A new “Payment” column has been added to the OQMC order list page, displaying  the Tender ID type ( e.g., Smiles, Smiles Cashless, TDH, Cash on Delivery, Etc)
