[Audio] Point 1 Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures on processes We will establish clear guidelines and Standard operating procedures for all processes, outlining the Do’s and Don’ts to ensure uniform adherence across the entire value chain Point 2 Physical Stock Verification ( P-S-V ) – Vendor & I-S-C-M Check the stock at vendor sites and I-S-C-M areas to make sure everything is accurate and properly accounted for!. Point 3 Identify Gaps Process & System Resolve the issues found and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Point 4 System design correction & Enhancement We will conduct an ‘as is’ study of the existing system design and implement necessary corrections and enhancements to improve efficiency and control. Point 5 Maker & Checker control P-M-C and Operational teams will work as one team to check every transaction and make sure nothing is lost or missed Point 6 Addressing Audit Points – Internal & External We act on every audit point, from both internal and external audits, and take steps to fix issues and prevent them from happening again Approach.
