The linguistics elements  According to the British Council, when offering assistance or services, phrases commonly used are modal verbs such as can, could, and would.  ( Menurut  British Council,  ketika   menawarkan   bantuan   atau   layanan ,  frasa  yang  umum   digunakan   adalah  kata  kerja  modal  seperti  can, could,  dan  would.)
