Please note that specific duties are detailed in the job description document enclosed with this letter. As a sales and marketing manager, you will be directly reporting to the Manager. You will be required to report to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and your working hours will be 9 am to 5 pm. You will also be required to work from 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. Your compensation package includes a monthly salary of GHC 3000, which will be paid into your account at the end of every month. You are also entitled to an amount of GHC 500 for every worker you train and supervise to be making sales for the company as a sales representative. This is a one-year contract which is renewable strictly based on performance. You will also be on probation for a period of 90 days after which your performance will be accessed. You will be asked continue for the one-year period if performance is satisfactory or laid off completely if performance doesn’t meet the company’s standards. You will be required to make a minimum of 10 sales of the gold or platinum version of the product as a full-time sales person by the end of each month in order to maintain this role in the company. Should you make more than 20 sales of the gold or platinum version of the product within a month, you will be paid a bonus of GHC 250 for every sale you make after the 20th sale within the month..
