We must renew our contract with the OEM before the end of this year to ensure a steady supply of quality products and services. Please take note that this renewal is crucial for the smooth operation of our school. Familiarizing ourselves with the terms and conditions and any changes made will help us understand our obligations and responsibilities towards the OEM and ensure a successful partnership. Let us continue with our presentation as we move on to the next slide..

[Audio] In today's class, we will be discussing the recent updates on OEM and FTS from October 1 to 19, 2025. Slide number 8 will cover important changes made by the Product Manager, who has decided to remove the Extended Warranty offering from the pricelist, effective immediately. This means that Extended Warranty will no longer be available for TP5000 and new quotes should not be issued. Moving on to slide number 9, we have updates from Angie, the Transactional RNC, who has stated that a new form must be completed and signed by her for any ATS transactions. It is also important to note that ATS is not eligible for Software maintenance and the Technical Support CPN for ATS is 999-96011-XXX. These updates and changes are crucial for our operations. Thank you for your attention and I will see you in the next class..
[Audio] Our presentation will cover OEM/FTS updates for the period of October 1 to 19, 2025. We will specifically be discussing FTS quote issues and challenges. Slide number 9 out of 11 displays a table with various information and images related to double quotes in uploaded serials and numbers. The table includes a column for product serial numbers, each with four different serial numbers listed. Next to that is the coverage part number, which is unique to each product. The coverage start date and end date are both in the year 2025. Our focus will now be on the issue of double quotes in uploaded serials. As seen in the image, some serial numbers for the products contain a double quote symbol ( " ). This can create challenges and potentially affect the accuracy of the information. It is crucial to carefully check and enter the correct serial numbers when uploading them to avoid any errors or confusion. This will ensure that the coverage information is correct and that there are no problems with the FTS quote process. Our colleague will now continue the presentation for the remaining slides..
[Audio] Slide number 10 discusses the latest updates for OEM and FTS. Throughout October 1 to 19, 2025, we have been busy working towards our goals and completing tasks. An important update to note is the extended expiration of quotes validity, now up to 90 days. This allows clients more time to consider their options before the quote expires. Our main focus in the upcoming weeks is ensuring error-free quotes. We understand the importance of providing accurate and reliable information to our clients and are committed to delivering just that. Additionally, we have a new goal to complete quotes within 2 days or 48 hours, as per the request of our colleague, Lori. This aligns with our service level agreement and will help us better serve our clients in a timely manner. These updates showcase our continuous efforts to improve our services and provide the best experience for our clients. We appreciate your attention and continued support as we strive for excellence in our daily tasks..
