Hazards inside Plant and Controls. Physical Hazards Noise- Use ear plug in noisy area Slip and fall- Use staircase with 3-point contact. Mind your head. Fall of object - Do not enter inside any barricaded area. Heat , Explosion - Avoid explosion prone area like coal Mill. Don’t touch hot surfaces. Chemical Hazards Dust - Use dust mask in specified areas. Hazardous Chemical – Avoid going to Chemical storage areas Biological Hazards Insects , Honeybees & Snake – Be careful and alert Emergency Follow emergency sirens and alarms.
