National Pension System
Notification from SAIL
•SAIL would pay employer's contribution under SAIL Pension
Scheme to the employees on-roll as on 01.07.2021 through
National Pension System (NPS)
•Employees have to enroll themselves under the NPS and
obtain a Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN)
•Generation of PRAN 15th July 2021. IN case of not having
PRAN by 15th July 2021, the Employer's Contribution in SAIL
Pension Trust shall not be transferred to NPS .
•Employees already registered with NPS and have a PRAN,
the same PRAN can be used and they need not register again
Then employees are required to make entry of PRAN in RSP
Portal - Employee Zone/SAIL Pension Portal.

•SAIL would pay employer’s contribution under SAIL Pension  
Scheme to the employees on-roll as on 01.07.2021 through  
National Pension System (NPS) 
•Employees have to enroll themselves under the NPS and
