In this learning journey map, the curve line represents my learning path. As I embark on this path, battles and hurdles will always be there. The curve line, resembling the letter U and a roller coaster rail, symbolizes the ups and downs in my learning journey. I begin with "Know Thyself." Self-awareness of my strengths, weaknesses, values, and passions is crucial. Understanding who I am lays the foundation for my journey.Next is "Know Thy Mission & Vision." Setting measurable, achievable, and relevant goals keeps me motivated and focused on my path.Recognizing work struggles and personal challenges is essential. Accepting that struggles and challenges are part of life, I use them as opportunities to improve.Building a social support system is vital. Conversations and collaboration with friends or family who can encourage and support me are essential. Conversations are the stem cells of learning.
