What You’ll Need. Four to four and a half quarts of 0W–20 engine oil An OEM or high-quality aftermarket oil filter 14 mm socket or wrench Drain pan and funnel Jack and jack stands.

Lift the Vehicle. Park on a level surface and engage the parking brake Use a jack to lift the front of the vehicle Secure it with jack stands Never crawl under a car supported only by a jack.

Drain the Oil. Slide the oil drain pan under the engine Remove the oil drain bolt using a 14 mm wrench Let the oil fully drain (may take a few minutes).

Replace the Oil Filter. Move the pan under the oil filter Remove the old filter Lubricate the gasket on the new filter with fresh oil Screw the new filter on by hand.

Refill with Oil. Reinstall the drain plug and tighten snugly Pour in about 4.5 quarts of 0W–20 oil through the fill cap Check the dipstick to ensure correct oil level.

Start & Check. Lower the vehicle and start the engine Let it idle for one minute, then shut off Wait a few minutes and recheck oil level Top up if needed.

Reset Maintenance Light. Use the dashboard menu Go to Settings > Maintenance > Service Select Reset.
