[Audio] Incident reports should be considered a priority matter: 5. 4.2 Incident Report CFC- 33 Instructions: MHMR policies that the Nursing staff and supervisors/ directors have 24 hours to review, sign, and forward the original incident report to the next person for review. Supervisors can copy the original incident report for follow-up purposes. The staff should call the direct supervisor about the incident, the staff writes the report, and the residential home supervisor should be questioning the staff if they have finished the report before the allowing one hour.
