Scene 2 (10s)

[Audio] All candidates will have to complete the Pre Hire List in its full completion before being considered for a position at C & J Transport Services. The Pre- Hire Checklist will consist of a completed job application, background check, DOT physical, MVR report (must not have more than two moving violations), drug test, CDL Drivers License, and The candidate must also successfully interview with two members of the upper management at C & J Transport to be considered for employment..

Scene 3 (43s)

[Audio] Day one will consist of a meet and greet for breakfast with the HR department where games will be played as an ice breaker to get the new emplyees engaging in their first day with the company. All emplyees wil receive an ipad at orientation to use for work and also to have access to compnay hanbook, mission statement and all policy and procedures of the company. The ipad will also be used to complete all new hire paperwork. Orientation videos can also be viewed on the Ipad All ipad activities will be completed using company wifi. Lunch will be provided for all employee new and old to allow the emplyees to learn about each other cultures and the different diversity the company has to offer. Lastly, we will have a hands on training with manager to implement all that has been learned in day one..

[Audio] Day 2 will consist of a continuation of watching orientation videos on the ipad. A complete tour of the company facilities will be given so all employees will be familiar with who to contact for what issues. The HR department will review when to contact HR and who to contact incase of emergency when on route. Remote emplyees will have a separate orientation that begins at this time, and all other employee will report to your department manager to complete your next area of hands on training..

[Audio] This new and improved onboarding process will give new insight on the company and its value of its employees. In which as a direct result will decrease the high turnover rate if employees feels appreciated initially from day one. Having lunch with all employees on their first day allows people to appreciate each other cultures and everyone gets to enjoy whatever they like we believe that these core values allow us to attract and retain the best people, regardless of their backgrounds, heritage, or preferences..
