Inspired by the camaraderie of his fellow alumni, well-wishers and all family members, they rallied around his love for football, offering every ounce of support, with a discerning eye, Mr Bose scoured nearby villages, unearthing hidden gems from the poorest homes and has since fortified them with wholesome meals and rigorous training. [Audio] The Genesis & Expertise A Footballer's Expertise From the alleys of his playing days, former footballer Mr Dulal Sarkar met Mr Sanjoy Bose in Bagmuri’s fields. Dulal Sarkar, a sprightly ex- footballer, cut his teeth under the legendary coach Mr Achut Bannerjee, whose sharp eye turned raw promise into polished skill. He also received training from Mr Amol Dutta, a " blue - eyed boy" of Mr Subrata Bhattacharya - the Mohun Bagan stalwar and reverd coach who led the Mariners to a historic triple crown.His boots have trod the celebrated pitches of Wari FC, the discipline corridors of West Bengal Police team, the vibrant grounds of Cochi FC, and even the storied turf of Churchill Brothers, a club that has nurtured Indian football legends. United by a shared love for the game, Mr Sarkar joined hands with Mr Bose to weave tactical brilliance into the academy, turning humble kicks into polished strikes.
