Onboarding Checklist Expand into a global “playbook” that captures best practices, learnings, and success stories.

Training & Capability Building Introduce structured classroom trainings focused on core tools, systems and methodologies to better support new joiners’ onboarding and accelerate their integration into the team.

Standardize Team PracticesWhile the team has effective practices, they are often passed along informally. Formalizing and documenting our ways of working would create a consistent reference point, make onboarding smoother, and reduce reliance on tacit knowledge.
