GCS&L Performance and Analytics Deployment Lead. A green and black logo AI-generated content may be incorrect..
[Audio] Today, we will be discussing the topic of AI-generated content and the potential for it to be incorrect. On this slide, we will see three separate dates: June 25th, July 25th, and August 25th, which are significant dates in Fayehun's first 100 days as part of our team. In June-25, Fayehun familiarized themselves with their role and the business priorities, gaining a deep understanding of our deployment landscape and making initial connections with our teams, stakeholders, and opcos. Moving on to July-25, Fayehun had a clear understanding of deployment processes and the catalogue. They also initiated collaboration with our machine translation team, strengthening teamwork. By Aug-25, Fayehun had prepared for trainings and deployment rollout, and set up the CSLP Analytics Community, enhancing cross-team collaboration. Looking ahead, they have planned an engagement roadmap for the rest of the year, focused on onboarding, learning, structure, and engagement. Fayehun's first 100 days have laid the foundation for a successful deployment and cooperation within our team. We anticipate their ongoing contributions and progress. Let's move on to the next slide, where we will delve deeper into the topic of AI-generated content..
[Audio] Today we will be discussing the topic of AI-generated content and its potential for inaccuracies. With the constant advancement of technology in our world, it is vital to question the accuracy of content created by artificial intelligence. As we enter further into the digital age, AI-generated content is becoming more widespread. However, numerous instances of incorrect information being shared through this medium have been reported. This can not only affect the accuracy of information available to the public, but also the reputation and credibility of businesses and individuals involved. To address this issue, we will be introducing Fayehun Tounse, who has achieved a significant milestone in their first 100 days of working with AI-generated content. Their team has been tirelessly working to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the content produced. Fayehun's team operates efficiently with a strong emphasis on working closely with those of the same culture and orientation. This allows for a deep understanding of the local market and stakeholders, resulting in direct and tailored information. Their focus on operational execution and quick delivery has led to successful AI-generated content that is specific to the market. However, it is important to note that the journey towards accurate AI-generated content is still in its early stages. There have been significant changes in the way we create and consume content, from relying on traditional methods to embracing the use of AI. With individuals like Fayehun and their team leading the way, we can anticipate a future where AI-generated content is not only efficient but also reliable. Stay tuned for the remainder of our presentation as we delve deeper into the potential of AI-generated content and its impact on our society..
[Audio] In this slide, we will discuss the possibility of AI-generated content being incorrect. We will also introduce you to Fayehun Tounse and their first 100 days milestone as we explore this topic. With a clear orientation and structured milestones, Fayehun had a strong start and made early progress in their new role. Providing them with the right tools and platforms from the beginning was crucial in this process. Organizational design also played a key role in Fayehun's integration. Well-defined roles and strong cross-functional connections helped facilitate smoother workflows. Access to leadership was also important in their successful assimilation. During the first 100 days, the alignment of team activities with the overall strategy helped keep Fayehun on track. Governance forums provided visibility into priorities, ensuring they were moving in the right direction. Communication of the strategic direction kept the team on the same page. The welcoming and open culture of the CS&L team made integration smooth for Fayehun. Colleagues were willing to share their knowledge and the early support from peers helped accelerate their learning curve. Lastly, we suggest expanding into a global "playbook" that captures best practices, learnings, and success stories. This will further enhance the onboarding process for new members. Thank you for joining us on this journey, and we hope you stay tuned for the rest of the presentation..
[Audio] As technology continues to advance, a new issue has arisen in the world of AI - the possibility of incorrect content. This can have serious consequences for businesses, individuals, and society as a whole. In today's discussion, we will address this issue and explore strategies for navigating and overcoming it. In relation to this topic, we will learn about the experiences of Fayehun Tounse and their first 100 days in the field of AI. Fayehun has faced challenges in terms of navigating cultural diversity in decision-making and ways of working. As we all know, AI relies on data and algorithms, which can sometimes produce biased or incorrect results. To address this, Fayehun has had to balance global priorities with OpCo readiness and timelines. Through their journey, they have become more culturally aware, flexible, and intentional in their engagements. This has allowed them to build resilience and adaptability, learning how to manage expectations and sustain momentum. It is an important lesson for us all to remember - being open and adaptable in our approach can help us overcome challenges and achieve success. Fayehun's experiences also highlight the importance of incorporating diverse perspectives and voices in the development of AI. With cultural awareness and intentional engagements, we can ensure that AI technology is inclusive and accurate, benefiting society as a whole. As we move forward, let us keep in mind the potential for incorrect content in AI and strive to be more culturally aware, flexible, and intentional in our engagements. By doing so, we can build resilience and adaptability, and create a more inclusive and accurate future for AI..
[Audio] Slide number six discusses the important topic of AI-generated content and its potential for inaccuracy. The presentation will introduce Fayehun Tounse and their first 100 days milestone. During this time, Tounse and their team initiated AI training in 2 out of 3 pilot operating companies and collaborated with different teams to create a comprehensive user manual. Tounse also conducted pre-assessments in 9 out of 10 MD1 operating companies to ensure a smooth integration of AI. They successfully established a connection between operating companies and built a centralized CS&L Analytics Repository for knowledge sharing. Additionally, Tounse and their team compiled 273 locally built solutions across 17 operating companies to continuously improve the AI program. We are excited to see the continued success and growth of AI implementation in the future. Let's now move on to our next slide..
[Audio] Slide number 7 addresses the potential for AI-generated content to be incorrect and introduces individual Fayehun Tounse and their first 100 days milestone. While errors are possible in the world of AI, it is important to acknowledge and address this issue. As AI-generated content increases, close monitoring and verification of its accuracy is crucial. From training to value realization, deployment of AI technology plays a key role in ensuring correct and reliable content. By cataloging and sharing knowledge, we can understand and improve accuracy. Involving the community, from launch to impact, is also vital in addressing potential errors. Fayehun Tounse's achievement in their first 100 days of using AI-generated content is a result of constant evaluation and improvement of accuracy. In conclusion, while concerns about incorrect AI-generated content are valid, with proper monitoring, verification, and community engagement, we can ensure its accuracy and reliability..
