Some years back, Phillip & I agreed should both he and I went, say in an accident, Rave would be the obvious one to steer the MWG business affairs. Hence his appointment as Chairman of the TCWA Board. Rave’s attention to his role in TCWA has been quite exceptional, beyond what is normally expected from one in that role. As you are aware Rave took over the various Directorships that were left vacant when Phillip left us. Being fully aware of the demands that can arise and looking at the time when I hand over, I have decided to set up the following. A monthly Board meeting, The three directors, Claudia, Rave, and myself, plus David and Carolina. David’s role, meeting secretary, maybe as an alternate for Rave should he absent for any reason. Carolina to fill two roles, implement action as needed on MWG property investments, also act as my PA should I not be attending meeting. Going forward I have stressed with my two co-directors the very clear need to separate Business from family needs and concerns. Rave’s role to be strictly tied into business affairs, advice to family on their personal finance and tax matter that’s ok, but limited to that. Claudia’s ongoing role is to deal with family queries, requests, or suggestions. The sorts of things family would have bought up with me or Phillip’s family with him..

Keep an eye open for investments that have stable life and return expectations. Maybe increase public company investments and property. Sort out person records so they are accessible if needed. Review TCWA establishment at Kewdale when complete. However actions on-hold pending BDO’s outcome. What ever that outcome I think shareholders should look at Phillip’s draft TCWA split up.
