In  a  shortcut  way,  we  can  say  that  the  performance  team  in  the  human    resources  department  at  the  National  Bank  of  Egypt  This  year,  will  be  able  to    calculate  a  common  goal  among  all  the  bank's  employees,  affecting  the    evaluation   of   any   employee   in   the   National   Bank   of   Egypt   by   5%.   If   he   is   able   to    achieve  this  goal,  he  will  get  the  five  percent.  The  goal  is  that  all  National  Bank    of  Egypt  employees  are  obligated  to  give  the  bank  an  idea  in  the  mid-year  and    annual   evaluation,   regardless   of   whether   this   idea   is   related   to   the   department    in   which   he   works   or   not.   For   example,   a   customer   service   employee   can   give   an    idea  to  the  marketing  department  or  to  the  human  resources  department  or    give  a  new  way  to  receive  customers. Everything  here  is  available. Once   the   idea   is   approved   and   the   bank   has   agreed   to   implement   it,   the   creator   of   the   idea   will   go   through   the    "creativity   track". we   're   always   give   a   care   to   the   public   relations   so   according   to   this   project   because   I   am   an   employee   at   the    national   bank   of   Egypt   so   I'm   not   like   any   employee   something   Parallel   to   the   term   "bank,   not   like   any   bank". The   bank   will   be   able   to   break   a   type   of   centralization   in   the   bank   indirectly   and   without   causing   any   harm For   the   first   time,   the   bank   will   have   a   common   objective   that   expresses   the   bank's   policy   and   expresses   all   the    bank's   employees,   and   all   employees   are   able   to   participate   in   it   and   always   striving   to   achieve   it When   we   have   a   common   objective,   it   will   confirm   that   the   entire   department   is   linked   to   each   other,   i.e.,   all   the    departments   of   the   bank   are   linked   to   each   other,   meaning   that   all   the   departments   of   the   bank   are   in   a   state   of    movement. -The   National   Bank   employee   will   realize   that   he   has   become   a   large   part   of   the   bank,   able   to   put   his   signature   in   the    place   in   a   way   that   affects   his   life   and   affects   the   bank,   so   we   will   always   say   “I   am   the   bank.” -The   many   ideas   obtained   by   the   bank   will   help   the   LND   department   to   think   and   invest   in   each   idea   and   reformulate   it    into   a   project   that   completes   the   wheel   of   development   in   the   National   Bank   of   Egypt -The   creativity   path   will   always   encourage   employees   to   be   creative   in   their   ideas   because   through   the   creativity   path    you   will   be   able   to   implement   the   idea   yourself.   You   will   get   a   certificate   and   bonuses,   and   because   the   name   of   the    project   is   “I   am   the   bank”,   so   you   are   really   the   bank,   and   you   can   add   and   participate -Once   the   new   employee   enters   the   bank,   he   or   she   will   make   sure   that   the   bank   always   hears   your   voice.   Not   only   that,    but   it   is   waiting   for   you   to   add   and   participate   in   the   development   process   that   is   always   present   in   the   National   Bank   of    Egypt,   so   we   have   to   be   aware   of   the   difference   between   the   term   "employee"   and   the   term   "employee   of   the   National    Bank   of   Egypt" -Employees   feel   a   kind   of   decentralization,   for   example,   I   can   be   a   customer   service   employee   and   give   an   idea   related   to    the   marketing   department,   and   the   bank   implements   it   on   the   ground,   so   I   will   always   say   “I   am   the   bank   in   marketing” --   When   we   have   a   common   objective,   it   will   confirm   that   our   cycle   is   always   connected   and   all   the   departments   of   the    bank   are   linked   to   each   other,   meaning   that   all   the   departments   of   the   bank   are   in   a   state   of   movement. This   project   may   cause   a   burden   to   some   employees: There   are   six   months   for   mid-year   evaluation   and   another   six   months   for   annual   evaluation.   All    human  beings  think  because  it  is  a  nature  and  a  gift  that  distinguishes  humans  from  other    creatures.   Here   the   role   of   the   project   is   to   employ   part   of   the   thinking   of   all   employees   for   the   benefit   of   the   bank. Believing  in  the  idea  of  the  project,  the  development  points  are  endless  and  of  course  it  is    possible   that   I   did   not   reach   perfection,   but   I   am   sure   that   I   can   be   the   beginning   of   a   new   idea,    so   I   will   be   glad   if   someone   completes   the   development   points

As   a   result   of   the   project,   to   confirm   the   ideas   of   the   project,   and   that   the   space   of   ideas   does   not   end    once   this   project   arrives,   it   has   already   begun.   We   will   now   see   an   idea   that   came   as   a   result   of   this    project,  which  is  that  there  should  be an  application  called  NBEbook  that  works  in  the  same  way  as    Facebook,   but   it   is   limited   to   the   employees   of   the   National   Bank   only   and   through   it   any   employee   can    publish  his ideas  through  it.  He  sees  comments  that  will  definitely  help him  realize  the  idea.  In    addition,   he   will   publish   in   the   application   everyday   information   about   the   National   Bank   of   Egypt. Let's   say   these   features   are   the   beginning,   and   of   course   one   day   you   will   get   under   the   development    wheel.   Everything   is   under   the   wheel   of   development,   even   this   project   was   a   developed   part   of   the    Idea   Bank
