[Audio] Diagnosis:- Medical History: Medically free heavy smoker Poor oral hygiene. Extraoral examination: normal.Dental history: Patient had trauma in upper left central incisors which lead to its extraction and than patient replace it with bridge and the abutments were right central incisor, lateral incisor and the canine in a outside clinic, however the bridge fell off and the patient didn't go back to replace it so which led to destruction of the right central incisor, lateral incisor and the canine.
