Clientele  This target audience includes business women, business men, and service industry professionals. We have come to the conclusion that most come to the spa to relieve stress because of long days at work. After performing a survey we find out that most people in the area do not take time for themselves because they don’t think it is important to pamper themselves. People surveyed also believe that spending money on pampering yourself at the spa is not necessary and is a  waste of money .

THERAPIST    - Focus: Nails 4 clients per day. Multiplied by 24 days. Cost: R200-R400. R28,800.00 Make  up  services. R450- upwards, depending on  occasion TOTAL : R15,000 ( flexible) We  will also have different bridal packages, for Nails, Lashes And Make up.

Due  to the popularity of the spa business trend, there has been a few spas that opened up located in the same area- three (3) to be exact. However compared to the size, investment, style, target market, and image, there are two main spas, which seems to be our effective competitors.  Moyo  Wangu’s  competitive advantage consists of relatively lower prices, personalized appointments, we offer privacy and products that are specially formulated for our customers.  Moyo Wangu  offers expert massages and all-inclusive facials in a beautiful tranquil setting. Individual attention, tailored sessions are our guide. We are passionate about what we do, and that has been the primary reason as to why we are still thriving in Dobsonville .
