[Audio] When she decided to be a sister, it was very difficult decision for her parents to agree because of the idea of living separately is so hard for them. But when they knew that she was happy, they also turned it in joy and also became happy for her..

[Audio] She became a Sister in 1982 and I made her first vows to God in Valencia Spain. This year she will celebrated her 42nd anniversary of being a Little Sisters of the Elderly. She went to Spain when she was 16 like a postulant and in April 1980, She became a Novice. She was the second Brazilian who entered the Congregation of the Little Sisters..

[Audio] Mother Sandra wants to become a Nurse when she was a teenager. In their house, she was the one who took care the wounds of her brother. She have passion to help people and when she became a Nurse, she can help more people in need. Her family is a Catholic Apostolic Roman and her parent taught them to be kind and respectful with everybody and because of that, her vocation was growing because of them. She used to serve poor people (elderly) who really need care and love..

[Audio] Her hardwork and commintment arrived her in Philippines on March 5, 2014 and continued her vocation to serve Filipino elderly. At January 2023, she was assigned to manage the home as new Mother Superior. Last March 2024, she was chosen as one of the Women of Power 2024 . Mother Sandra loves coffee that is why her energy is unstoppable..
