SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND INITIATIVES

GOOD DAY EVERYONE. Welcome to the 7th Regional Management Meeting. Here are the Significant Accomplishments and Initiatives of Metro Manila District Jail Annex 5 for the month of May 2023 in 4G format.

GUARD THE BADGE. This jail unit currently manned by 59 personnel and maintained one HR desk for PDL.

Number of Personnel's 201 file updated is 59. PDL Data to be maintained is 456, and we have maintained 448 on single carpeta system. For the month of May, we have conducted 4 Jail Information and Education and discussed 73 issues and concerns.

We have printed a total of four tarpaulins, posted 19 articles on Facebook and 240 number of information and education campaign materials printed/distributed related to Localization of EO number.70

We have conducted two national events for this month, the National Labor day and the Mother's Day both participated by the PDL of this unit. We maintained our one linkages and submitted 22 accomplishment reports. In tree planting, 15 personnel were involved.

This jail unit is a constantly receiving awards. In fact, it was recognized as Top 2 Best District Jail on the recent BJMP's Best for the first quarter of 2023. We have also maintained zero case of COVID 19 among our personnel.

59 personnel of this unit provided medicines and vitamins which achieved 100% of the population. Also, 100% of personnel benefitted from the psychological programs.

GUARD THE GATE. This jail unit achieved 100% in terms of percentage reduction of escapees incident. Percentage Reduction of Jail Disturbances 100%. Percentage of Visitors Searched upon Entry 100%. Number of PDL Participated in e-Dalaw 456. Number of Custodial Personnel is 20.

GUARD THE GATE. SECURITY. CONTROL. Intensified prevention and control of entry of all contrabands in this jail unit is being implemented including OPLAN s. Frequent roving and inspections were being conducted every two (2) hours. Strict searching , frisking and inspection of all personnel, visitors, guests including their belongings are being checked upon entry..

GUARD THE LIFE. SAFEKEEP. DEVELOP. MMDJ Annex 5 personnel upholds the highest form of respect for the welfare and development of each PDL committed in this jail unit. Several activities are offered in line with Mission and Vision of the Jail Bureau..

GUARD THE. MAINTAIN. PURSE. MMDJ Annex 5 led by JSINSP EDILBERTO R PALMERA, DJW, have constant coordination with other agencies and organizations to outsource donations that will be useful for both PDL and personnel. Linkages are maintain including the LGU and Barangay. Facilities and other utilities are properly maintained and repaired if needed..
