Hygiene Factors (Extrinsic Factors): provides the opportunity for the organisation to minimise the number of aspects that lead to dissatisfaction of employees beneficial for workplace well-being
E.g. relationship with customers, managers (senior level employees), colleagues, working conditions, promotion ladder ●
Motivators (Intrinsic Factors): the organisation can integrate public recognition, achievement, growth etc. through tailor-making employees’ job description based on meeting their needs
