[Audio] Intoduction We are MetShield Corporation, the manufacturer and supplier of a metal conditioner product ‘MetShield’. MetShield is primarily a anti friction metal conditioner (a type of lubricant additive) to be used with lubricant such as engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil et cetera Once it is added to the normal grade lubricant, it gets mixed well during the operation and gets activated by heat & pressure at the point of friction (metal to mental contact) to produce a denser and smoother surface up to few microns deep, resultant significant reduction in friction. [Audio] Why MetShield? The greatest limitation to efficiency in engines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems et cetera is the unit’s inherent friction caused inertia. Over the years, it has been addressed with wide range of products serving as additives to oils and grease. Despite all the additives available today, only marginal improvements have been made in achieving the expected performance by the user. . MetShield is a technological breakthrough, it produces the metal surfaces denser and smoother with a vastly lower coefficient of friction, and thus results in improved performance of the equipment with better economical operation. [Audio] How Metshield Works? It creates activated transition metal atoms that serve as interstitials, filling the slip plane within the first five micron lattice of the treated metal. Resultant, close packed lattice is a smoother and more durable alloy, greatly reducing the friction between contact surfaces. The highly active chemical properties are utilized to promote this mechanism while eliminating oxidizing potential. It is activated by heat and pressure on the metal surface where friction occurs. This chemical reaction forms denser and smoother alloy in metal surfaces to a depth up to five microns, without residual build up or change in the tolerances of working parts. This dramatically reduces heat and wear without changing the properties of the oil or other carrier fluids. Page 5 of 11.
