She is an M.Sc in Psychology, NLP Master Practitioner , ICF Certified Positive Psychology Coach with 15 years of work experience in the Recruitment and HR domain, Currently, she is working as a Trainer/Coach, Storyteller, Writer/Blogger, and as an Enabler with the Institutions/Schools/ Organizations, using Neuro-linguistic Programming, Positive Psychology and Storytelling concepts as a tool. Has trained Teachers in Bangalore and Srilanka ..

"Though we had two of our editors contributing in this anthology. we wanted to maximise their 'X'tential, we had interchanged their work W'lth one more editor and finally we are here with their work too.- she shares. The work with illustrator Satinder Ahuja also turned out to be as creatively enrtchtng and gener• ous came across this twautiful il• lustration of a pink elephant that she had already done and it seemed per• fect. I reached out to her and asked if she would consider sharing this ror our tx.»k cover and she agreed. And it all just came together.- she rem in isces.
