The overall layout of the Aladdin poster has a lot in the middle of the poster. The biggest eye-catching features are the genie, villain, tiger and the 2 main characters. This is because of their size and position on the poster.  This allows the audience to remember these characters or places while watching the movie.

This makes sure the viewers remember the characters. The placing of the title helps with the layout by being noticeable but not taking all the attention away from the images in the middle. The colours help show the calm setting.

When considering both posters, they are effective in displaying their genre of Disney. This is done by imagery, colour text and overall layout.

In terms of effective advertising, both posters are sticking and memorable. However, the title of Aladdin is much more memorable than the Moana. The cursive writing of the Aladdin title may help people remember the film title better and lead to more effective advertising
