[Audio] what is Creative Finance?	Let me tell you a story. I had a blue F150 truck that had 320,000 miles on it. I wanted to sell it so I could put a downpayment on a new truck. KBB(Kelly Blue Book) said it is only worth $5,000 max. I posted it on facebook market place for $10,000. I knew people would try to low ball me and I wanted my top dollar out of it. After 3 months I had exactly 0 offers on the truck. I thought to myself…how can I get my top dollar out of this truck without people haggling me all the way down. Then it hit me! I changed one thing about my listing title. Blue F150 320,000 miles (Finance accepted no credit check.) it took exactly one day for someone to reach out to buy the truck. ONE DAY. I set the terms for the finance and sold the truck the very next day.

The terms I gave the buyer were that he was to give me a $1000 down and pay me $250 a month for 36 months ( 3 years ). His payment was due every first of the month. For each day he was late on a payment a $25 late fee would be added to his account. If he didn’t make his payment 30 days after it was due the truck would be repossessed and given back to the seller of the vehicle. (The vehicle was aquept with a tracker incase this happened). He agreed to the terms and I had my lawyer draw up a contract.	Now who do you think got the better deal? The seller or the buyer? The answer is they BOTH got a great deal! The seller got $10,000 for a Vehicle only worth $5000 dollars and the buyer got a truck he needed to start a painting business. He made $7,000 a month using that truck for his business. So I got $10,000 over the course of 3 years and he made $252,000 over the course of 3 years using that truck	for his business.
