Allows the farmers to login with their personal information to the Saccos website. Enables the Sacco to store the total weight of rice they buy in the system’s database..

After logging in the user will receive a confirmation approval request from the system The system shall only allow the cashiers to view the farmers’ bank details The computer terminal will be printing a list of all bonuses dispatched every week After 48hrs, the server shall automatically back up the database . After every 24hrs the system will send an email of all the reports of that day.

recommendations. The Saccos need to upgrade to a better network connection. The Saccos need to train their employees, mostly those who are not equipped with today’s technological abilities. They will also need to train the farmers on how the system works. Computers with a better processor need to be put in place. Create a room with better cooling systems where the servers will be stored..
