MARCOS SECURITY FORCE INDIA PVT. LTD.. WE SERVE TO PROTECT.

Scene 2 (9s)

[Audio] MARCOS Security Force India Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally managed security services organization with a legacy of more than three decades. Our organization has grown from serving industrial clients in Navi Mumbai to developing a broader operational footprint across 22 states in India. our focus is on providing Pan India, structured, process-driven and technology-enabled security solutions across multiple industries. Our Company is built around four fundamental strengths: Professionally Managed-Compliant services, Pan-India presence, bespoke security solutions and multi-domain expertise. These four elements are particularly important for large organizations because security requirements are rarely identical from one site to another. A manufacturing plant, a corporate office, a warehouse, a residential development and a retail facility all have different risk profiles. Our responsibility is therefore not simply to provide manpower. Our responsibility is to understand the risk profile of each location and design the right security framework around it..

[Audio] Since inception MARCOS has evolved progressively. We started in 1987, initially serving industrial clients in Navi Mumbai. Within three years, we reached approximately 1,000 manpower. In 2015, we achieved a Pan-India operating status with PSARA licences across 22 states, along with CAPSI registration and ISO certification. One of our important operational milestones was the expansion of the JWR Group account from a small deployment into a significantly larger manpower operation. Today, We are Flourished by 350 clients bestowed with 92% retention of contracts (from decades) the organization represents a large-scale security operation supported by technology-enabled processes and statutory compliance systems. Till Date Marcos has Achieved 3,800 manpower in all verticals with technology enabled operations Pan India and 100% statutory compliant organization, appreciated by GST authority of India. Our growth has been driven not simply by increasing manpower, but by increasing our operational capability..

[Audio] Our next-level proposition is what we call the MARCOS Assurance -THE USP. The concept is simple: One organization. One operational framework. One accountability structure. We provide a single-window approach for protection management requirements. This is supported by: centralized training, experienced security leadership, structured recruitment, antecedent verification, regular re-orientation, 100% statutory compliance, Meticulous audits (Ex:- URSA, C-TPAT, KARMA etc.) SOP/SLA monitoring. Accommodation facility to control the attrition rate. Our central training centre at Shirdhon, Panvel supports our training ecosystem. The objective is to ensure that our personnel do not simply arrive at a site with a uniform. They arrive with an understanding of the role, responsibilities, procedures and expected standards..

[Audio] Our recruitment and grooming process has three layers. Back Office Centralized recruitment, qualification checks, experience assessment, certification and mandatory KYC/background verification. Frontline Certified trainers, antecedent verification and operational leadership involving experienced ex-service personnel. Upgrade Soft skills, technology skills, visitor management, access management and train-the-trainer development. This is followed by basic, refresher, industry-specific and site-specific training. The objective is to build security personnel who are not only physically present but operationally capable..

Scene 12 (8m 57s)

[Audio] Training is one of the core pillars of our organization. Our MARCOS Academy supports classroom training and recruitment. The objective is to establish a common baseline of discipline, knowledge and operational understanding before personnel are deployed. Our pre-deployment training is conducted at our centralized training centre at Shirdhon, Panvel, with the presentation specifying a seven-day programme aligned with PSARA requirements. The training covers practical security requirements such as: movement control, incident reporting, post allocation, grooming, equipment utilization, communication, frisking and search procedures, first aid, BLS, emergency response, firefighting, evacuation, bomb threats and crowd control. This creates a stronger foundation before the individual takes responsibility for a live site..

Scene 14 (10m 16s)

[Audio] Every site has its own: layout, risks, emergency procedures, access points, customer expectations, SOPs and escalation mechanisms. Therefore, we also conduct periodic on-site training through certified trainers. The purpose is to convert general security knowledge into site-specific operational capability..

[image] Image 0. OPERATIONS FRAMEWORK. 18.

Scene 16 (10m 50s)

[Audio] Our operational framework begins even before deployment. We follow four major stages: Site Survey → Deployment → Site Management → Monitoring & Review. During the site survey, we understand: What are the risks? Where are the vulnerabilities? What are the health and safety considerations? What manpower and technology are required? Then we move into deployment planning, mobilization and site acquaintance. After deployment, we manage SOP adherence, SLA compliance and refresher training. Finally, we measure performance through audits, performance indices and client feedback. This creates a continuous improvement cycle rather than a one-time deployment exercise. Our transition methodology is therefore divided into: Pre-Deployment Deployment Post-Deployment Our operational and training teams are involved before takeover to understand site movement, risks and operating procedures. Personnel are mobilized before the actual deployment, followed by post-deployment monitoring. The takeover is documented to ensure that there is accountability at every stage..

Scene 17 (12m 0s)

[Audio] Once operations stabilize, governance becomes the key. Our framework includes: Daily reporting. Operations visits. Management reviews. Surprise night checks. Periodic audits. Monthly or quarterly performance reviews. Background verification. First aid, CPR and firefighting readiness. Site-specific training. Incident and occurrence reporting. Escalation matrices. SOP and SLA monitoring. This allows the client to have visibility not only of manpower deployment, but also of security performance..

Scene 21 (13m 45s)

[Audio] Documentation is often the difference between a security system that is merely operational and one that is auditable. Our record-keeping framework can include: Visitor registers. Hand Over And Take Over Register Vehicle Register. Parking records. Key registers. Near Miss Register Occurrence reports. Lost and found. Fire system records. And other site-specific registers. The objective is simple: If an incident occurs, we should be able to reconstruct what happened, when it happened and who was involved..

Scene 22 (14m 20s)

[Audio] We also use digital reporting mechanisms to improve visibility. The objective of digital reporting is not technology for the sake of technology. It is to ensure that information reaches the right stakeholder quickly and in a structured manner. This helps management identify: attendance gaps, site observations, incidents, patrol activity, compliance issues and corrective actions..

Scene 23 (14m 47s)

[Audio] Beyond basic guarding, we offer value-added support. This includes: Dedicated key account management. Command centre support. Police liaison and investigation support. Mock drills. Risk assessment audits. Threat and safety alerts. These services are designed to provide an additional layer of management support around the security operation..

Scene 31 (17m 24s)

[Audio] Our employee-management philosophy can be summarized into six principles: Employee First. On-Time Wages. Statutory Compliance. Grievance Redressal. Rewards & Recognition. Skill Enhancement. These principles ultimately support our operational objective of maintaining a motivated and stable workforceOur employee practices include timely salary payment, bank-based salary disbursement, incentives, PF, gratuity, bonus, ESIC/W.C. benefits and medical benefits as applicable. We also focus on career development, specialized training, PoSH training and employee engagement. Our Seva Diwas and grievance redressal mechanisms provide employees with a channel to raise and resolve concerns. We also believe in recognizing good performance. Our recognition initiatives include quarterly appreciation, Star Performer recognition, Call of Honor, long-service awards, open-house sessions and recognition during national ceremonies. The purpose is to create a culture where good security performance is recognized and encouraged. This is directly connected to client performance. A satisfied and stable employee is more likely to become a stable security professional at the client's site..

Scene 32 (18m 44s)

[Audio] I would like to highlight this incident because it demonstrates why security personnel must be trained to respond beyond routine guarding. During a fire incident at a residential complex, our security and emergency-response team responded quickly and controlled the situation without casualties. During routine patrol, our bouncer noticed a car that had suddenly caught fire, likely due to a short circuit soon after being parked. The Marcos Team, along with our Fire Marshals and NSG Commando – Sagar Shinde, responded immediately and controlled the blaze swiftly. The situation was handled efficiently with no casualties. The important learning here is: Security personnel are often the first people at the scene of an emergency. Therefore, training in fire response, first aid, evacuation and incident management is not an additional benefit. It is an operational necessity..

Scene 36 (20m 25s)

[Audio] At MARCOS, our responsibility extends beyond the client site. Through the Jai Hind Sanvidhan Charitable Trust, we support initiatives around workforce welfare, social awareness, women empowerment, literacy and community development. During the COVID-19 period, the Trust also undertook emergency relief initiatives for labour and security communities. For us, this reflects a broader philosophy: True leadership is about people, not just organizations..
