 The Branch Manager and all employees share a mutual responsibility, working collaboratively to uphold this commitment.

The Admin Team is responsible for managing facilities, procurement, and essential services to support the organization, ensuring a productive work environment.
 * Facilities management * Office supply procurement * Vendor coordination. * Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs

The Sales/Ops Team Expands business growth while also fostering a professional and efficient workplace by following office policies and communicating effectively.

 * Maintaining tidy workspaces * Ensure the assets are in working condition  * Reporting issues promptly if not working. * Adhering to security protocols * Encourage staff to reduce energy consumption. * Ensure stationary &  housekeeping materials are used optimally

Roles of Housekeepers & Security -   Do’s & Don’ts

✅ Do’s: Always wear your uniform and look neat and professional. Watch who comes in and out,only allow people with permission to enter. Stay alert and act professionally at all times. Follow all security rules—no skipping steps. Talk clearly and politely with staff and visitors. Keep emergency contact numbers and safety instructions easy to find. Write down and report any security problems or anything that seems unusual. ❌ Don’ts: Don’t get into casual chats that take attention away from your work. Don’t let anyone into the premises without proper checking. Don’t ignore security issues or anything that seems suspicious. Don’t leave your work area without someone to cover it. Don’t use your phone or other personal devices too much. Don’t take part in any money-related dealings.. Don’t get too friendly—keep interactions only about work.

✅ Do’s: Always wear the proper uniform and look professional. Clean the office every day, with washrooms cleaned 3 to 5 times daily. Mop the floors at least 3 times a day to keep them clean and safe. Sort, dispose, and recycle waste properly to help protect the environment. Restock supplies regularly  to ensure everything is always available. Report any hazards or strange situations right away.	 ❌ Don’ts: Don’t skip regular cleaning or ignore hygiene rules. Don’t use too many chemicals that could be harmful to people or the environment. Don’t touch confidential papers while cleaning desks or offices. Don’t forget to follow safety steps when using equipment. Don’t ask anyone to bring food or run personal errands unless it’s part of their job. Don’t take part in any money-related dealings. Don’t become overly friendly—keep things strictly work-related.

Verify all fire extinguishers in the office monthly to ensure they are active and valid, maintaining readiness for emergencies.

Ensuring timely replacements and adherence to safety standards. Notify the Admin team through the service desk for expired extinguishers,

Stay updated on safety and security regulations, complying with all legal requirements to ensure a safe working environment.

Respond immediately to safety incidents, investigate, take corrective actions, and report incidents promptly to incidentreportingdesk@hdbfs.com.

Participate in fire drill trainings conducted yearly for branches with area above 5000 sq ft, and fire extinguisher usage training at branch level.
