What is the situation : Present Situation. One side subjects are leaving other side the new joiners are taking over Civil: Two had left and replace with Two Inspectors Lead by Mr.Kannan Mechanical: 5/9 Tendered resignation; 4 Left ; replaced with 5(Junior), Lead: Mr.Iqbal Soomro(resigned); Mr.Akram Ansari; Mr.Asbin Annadurai Electrical: 3/3 Tendered Resignation; 2 left ; Local recruitment on going Instrumentation: 1/2 Tendered Resignation; 1 left; 1 Joined Maintains no good relation between teammates which indicates no compromise in quality.

How to improve: Qc Team. Since there are young new joiners in Mechanical they need to be trained, monitored and supervised. 1 Imparting In house training and conducting awareness meetings 2 Two Mechanical Leads will be monitoring and guiding the Mechanical Team 3 Frequent Site visits by the Team Leader (Qc-Manager) and rendering ground support at the point of need 4 Making known to the team the needs & expectations or the interested parties and how to achieve it 5 Imparting certifications –FRP Nomination 6 Two inspector will be trained in FRP to handle MAADEN projects 7 Weld Mapping: Connections to rotary equipment 8.
How to improve: Project Team. Structural MAR to be raised If it is carried out with left over materials it shall be supported by relevant MTC’s Post Fabrication Inspection Release for painting as per specification.

Scope : The task ahead QMS will be framed : Based on these factors Quality resources will be deployed.
