This proposal supports Secretary Kennedy's and Dr. Markary's plan to Make America Healthy Again by Empowering Consumers with Comprehensive Food Data. This proposal was prepared by Scott Coates and Nora Marshall. Nora and Scott have together for 15 years at AOAC INTERNATIONAL running the AOAC Research Insitute (RI). We developed and mainteained a scientice-based database for the RI program. We want to apply our experience to develop and maintain a database supporting the MAHA iniatitive..
