Key Account Manager (KAM -Sales) / Branch Sales Manager (BSM- Sales).
Experience Minimum – 7 to 10 years of relevant experience (B2B/Corporate sales, field sales) Team size managed- 5-10 frontline acquisition sales individual contributors Education preference - MBA/ Engineering Location – Mumbai.
Ability to identify the new business opportunities to contribute to the sales strategy at the branch level. Should have growth mindset. Responsible for new business development. Needs to have data driven approach to analyses trends and align sales strategies accordingly. Taking ownership of assigned targets and ensure achievement by effective funnel review Team handling-managing multiple ams / rms whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks to ensure overall branch target achievement Be a part of on-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring.
Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch D drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks. Managing the daily sales operations at the branch level, oversee collections & ageing and take necessary action, as required deliver on-sales targets of online business Adhere to the sales policies and procedures, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure smooth execution. Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings.
